The Stoneworks is a private cottage (i.e. you have the ENTIRE building to yourself) with two levels.

This cottage is on a hillside with both levels having exterior entrances. The upper level is the bedroom, with a sitting area and windows looking out over the town of Hermann. The lower level is the bathroom, with a oversized walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and incredible stonework.

Schroeder Hill located at 301 Franklin St. is comprised of three private cottages: Schroeder House, Stone Works, and The Violin Shop.
