Reservations & Policies

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday and Saturday.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 pm, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out time: 11:00 am.

Late check-out up to 2 hours can be requested upon availability at an extra 25% of the daily rate.

Rate:

Our rates are for single or double occupancy only and do not include tax.

The maximum number of persons per room is two (2), except for the whole-house rentals.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Room rates posted are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.

Payment and Cancellation:

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation at Hermannhof.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, will receive a full refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 14 to 30 days prior to your arrival date, will be issued a gift certificate for the full amount minus a $75 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Changes of reservation date or early departure are treated as cancellations and will carry the same policy stated above.

You are, however, always welcome to send friends or family members in your place with notification in advance.

Group Policy:

Group or individuals whose reservation consisting of two (2) or more rooms for any given date, the policy above extends the cancellation notification period from 30 days to 60 days for a full refund.

Gift certificates will be issued for cancellations made between 30 to 60 days.

Cancellations within 30 days, payments are non-refundable.

Pets:

We are proud to announce we now offer 4 pet-friendly rooms here at Hermannhof in our Weinert Cottage.

Book with Hermannhof and upon arrival, your beloved family member will be welcomed by:

• A cozy dog bed
• Food and Water bowls
• A bag of goodies

All guests traveling with pets (under 30lb) are required to:

• Keep animals on leashes or in a pet carrier while in common areas or on property
• Prior notification is required in order to bring your pet on property
  a $75 per pet, per stay will be issued upon arrival
• Animals are not permitted in the Fireplace Dining room for breakfast
• Please be courteous and pick up after pets on property/ throughout your stay
• Guest are responsible for noise and other complaints about their pet
• Housekeepers will only service or offer deliveries if ensured that the pet is removed from the property or restrained by the owner
• Pets are not allowed to be left in the room unattended

Children:

Our accommodations are not designed with small children in mind, so children 12 years old and above are welcome in the company of primary guests 21 years of age or older.

Our whole house rentals will accommodate families with children and would make a nice choice for a family getaway.

Smoking:

We promote a smoke free environment inside of our premises.

Guests are welcome to smoke in our garden or outside of the Inn and Cottages.
