The Schroeder House is one of three private cottages on Schroeder Hill - Meaning you will have the whole cottage to YOURSELF. This cottage offers a private patio with a view of the southern part of town.

The house has a separate bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanity. There is also a small sitting room with a sofa, and additional smart TV.

Schroeder Hill located at 301 Franklin St. is comprised of three private cottages: Schroeder House, Stone Works, and The Violin Shop.
